Principal IT Business Project Manager

They are in search of a Principal IT Business Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team in developing, implementing, and continuously improving backend systems.

• Analyze processes across business functions to identify opportunities for optimization or reengineering.

• Design and deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly workflows aligned with business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor system solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in business systems and process optimization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• 5 years of hands-on programming and system development experience (Java, VBA, VB, C, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar).

• Expertise in full software development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, database design, coding, testing, and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management systems.

• Experience in procurement or finance-related system development and implementation.

• Skilled in mentoring engineers and project managers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.

• Strong multitasking ability, delivering high-quality results across multiple projects.
