Principal Engineer (Water Infrastructure)

Job Description

Technical & Project Delivery

• Project Manager responsible for the planning, design and construction management of infrastructure projects
• Assist in the review of modelling outputs and technical submissions from internal and external parties.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with internal teams (environment, coastal, geotechnical, transport) to ensure integrated project delivery. Liaison with relevant authorities, performing as a Qualified Person (QP) and Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) where necessary
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders to support technical submissions and approvals.
• Assist in responding to authority queries and review comments.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)

• Registered with the Singapore PE Board as a Professional Engineer, and have been a practicing PE for at least 3 years

• At least 10 years of design experience in various types of infrastructure projects

• Experience in PUB water pipeline projects from design to completion of construction

• Conversant with the local Building Codes and Practices
