Key Responsibilities
- Support the Top Management in overall leadership, planning, and execution strategy
- Oversee site-wide construction operations, sequencing, and coordination across complex interfaces
- Lead and manage Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Senior Site Teams
- Ensure project delivery objectives are met across programme, cost control, quality, and safety
Coordinate closely with:
- Design consultants and specialist teams
- Key trade partners and subcontractors
- Client representatives and regulatory authorities
Lead resolution of technical and constructability challenges. Drive effective risk management, including programme, safety, and commercial considerations
Ensure compliance with:
- Local statutory and regulatory requirements
- Approved design intent and project quality standards
- Workplace safety and environmental management systems
- Support commercial matters such as variation management, claims strategy, and subcontractor performance
- Promote continuous improvement in site productivity, coordination, and construction methodologies
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant construction experience, including:
- - High-rise, mixed-use, or architecturally complex projects
- Prior experience in a senior project leadership or deputy project director role
Solid technical understanding of:
- Major structural works
- Architectural trades and premium finishes
- M&E coordination within complex building environments
Proven ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontract packages
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with local authority approvals and statutory processes in Singapore is advantageous
