Principal Engineer (Water Infrastructure)

Job Description

Technical & Project Delivery

• Project Manager responsible for the planning, design and construction management of infrastructure projects
• Assist in the review of modelling outputs and technical submissions from internal and external parties.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with internal teams (environment, coastal, geotechnical, transport) to ensure integrated project delivery. Liaison with relevant authorities, performing as a Qualified Person (QP) and Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) where necessary
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders to support technical submissions and approvals.
• Assist in responding to authority queries and review comments.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)

Registered with the Singapore PE Board as a Professional Engineer, and have been a practicing PE for at least 3 years

At least 10 years of design experience in various types of infrastructure projects

Experience in PUB water pipeline projects from design to completion of construction

Conversant with the local Building Codes and Practices
