Principal Engineer Verification

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Design Lead with 10+ years of expertise in mixed-signal digital design and a strong background in Power ICs, including Gate Drivers, DC-DC Converters, and Point-of-Load (PoL) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving products from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, and mass production.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Own the digital architecture across multiple Power IC product families and drive IP/design reuse across derivatives.
• Lead and mentor a small, hands-on digital design team, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to production.
• Drive digital development through tape-out, silicon bring-up, qualification, and volume production.
• Collaborate closely with analog, power, and system teams, acting as a technical peer to functional leads.
• Own the digital contribution to functional safety architecture (ISO 26262 ASIL-D) and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Balance product features, performance, die area, power consumption, and cost to achieve optimal product competitiveness.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Power Electronics, or Control Engineering.
• Strong expertise in mixed-signal digital design for semiconductor products.
• Proven experience in Power ICs, particularly Gate Drivers, DC-DC Converters, or Point-of-Load (PoL) solutions.
• Multiple successful products delivered through tape-out, silicon bring-up, and production release.
• Strong understanding of digital architecture, RTL design, verification, and silicon debug.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety requirements.
