Initiate and drive cross-functional cost saving projects to achieve corporate business goals
Understand short-term and long-term cost saving goals and ensure alignment to corporate business goals
Perform cost and schedule duties under the guidance from corporate.
Manages cost control to be presented to Fab GM and Senior Management.
Manage program / cost saving project benefit and develop key metrics / performance indices.
Analyze program / cost saving project progress in terms of pay-back assessment, risk, resources consumption, interdependence and gaps.
Define cost estimation scope, clearly document assumptions and constraints, develop costing methodologies, and align all stakeholders with the outcome.
Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs and reports, perform performance monitoring and control functions for projects.
Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestones and deliverables
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure delivery / completion to the project work
Provide cost control and planning advice to the operation team when required
Identify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans
Assist in the financial closeout of cost saving projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with exposure to wafer fab operations.
Prior experience in capacity planning, cycle time management, WIP control, and productivity optimization within a fab environment is required.
Strong knowledge of IE methodologies, including line balancing, bottleneck management, and cost modelling.
Proficient in data analysis tools and systems (e.g., JMP, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, MES such as PROMIS).
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
High level of accountability, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
