Principal Engineer - Electrical

A Singapore-based engineering team is expanding to support complex offshore and vessel projects, including newbuild and conversion work across high-spec assets. The role offers exposure to technically demanding projects and the opportunity to take ownership at section lead level within a fast-paced yard environment.

You will deliver electrical engineering work across the full project lifecycle, including design, calculations, system integration and technical documentation. You will also guide a team of engineers and designers, review technical deliverables and coordinate with yards, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution through to completion.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in offshore, marine or shipyard environments

• Strong background in electrical design, calculations and system integration

• Proven ability to lead small teams while remaining hands-on
