Principal Engineer - BEOL Process Integration (RF)

Introduction

BEOL process integration lead in RF technology development team

Your Job:

. Responsible for development, optimization, and qualification of BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance requirements

. DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.

. Partner with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance.

. Own and drive technical process problem solving.

. Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.

. Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.

. Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvement.

Required Qualifications:

. Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

. 2 year's relevant experience for PhD, 5 years for Degree.

. Wafer Fab BEOL/interconnect process integration experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus.

. Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.

. Excellent analytical and optimization skills.

. Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
