. Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications while collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver scalable BPM and RPA-based digital transformation solutions.

. Drive end-to-end business process automation initiatives using tools such as PEGA BPM and UiPath RPA, performing AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

. Design and document solution architectures, system integrations, APIs, data mappings, and process workflows using BPMN/UML diagrams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

. Facilitate Agile delivery practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement clarification, and UAT coordination while maintaining documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

. Leverage process mining, data analytics, and AI-driven automation technologies to streamline high-volume business operations, improve turnaround time, enhance governance controls, and support data-driven decision making across enterprise systems.
