Principal Consultant

. Should have minimum 10+ years of total IT experience, including minimum of 5+ years in project management, leading cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver complex, high-impact technology solutions in the banking and financial services sector.

. Hands on experience in managing distributed teams, vendor coordination, and delivering critical projects in areas such as digital banking, payments, and legacy modernization

. Lead the application modernization of the Treasury Hedge Accounting, transforming a legacy Control-M-based system into a modular Spring Boot microservices architecture, significantly improving performance, maintainability, and deployment speed.

.Hands on experience in defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines, standardizing build and release processes across environments to ensure consistent, automated deployments

.Identify opportunities for process improvement within delivery workflows and contribute to the digital banking transformation roadmap.

. Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present the complex ideas or technical solution to business and/or management team.
