We're looking for a Managing Consultant to develop our position in the Singapore recruitment market within Banking, Insurance & Technology sectors.

- With minimum 5 years of 360 recruitment experience
- Reporting to our Managing Director who has more than 28 years of experience (17 years in Singapore)
- Take ownership of the growth of one of our most established divisions
- Work on high profile assignments
- Contribute to the growth of the Banking & Insurance businesses in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full day to day managerial responsibility for the team.
- Responsible for personal fee generation.
- Conducting weekly 121s catch up and team meetings.
- Leading and monitoring the team, carrying out individual training as required.
- Conducting appraisals, identifying training needs and creating individual personal development plans.
- Deep level of market knowledge of own discipline, as well as those of the group.
- Proven track record of securing new clients for the team and for the division.
- Responsible for identifying and hiring talent for the team, mapping competitors and actively seeking to hire directly.
