Job Description

  • Must have 9+ years of overall experience with extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain.
  • Should have hands on experience in Group Retail Banking, especially in CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and Loans / Lending products
  • Exposure to data-related projects such as: Data Warehousing, Data Marts, Big Data platforms, Cloud-based data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
