Principal Consultant

Must have 15+ years of IT experience in the Banking Software industry, with a specialized focus on Technical Manager/ Lead roles for Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, and Finance Supply Chain domains.

Should be proficient in designing and developing APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot on containerized, Cloud Native platforms like OpenShift.

Hands-on experience implementing event-driven architectures with Kafka and developing dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS.

Expert in managing all stages of the SDLC, including the implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, and IBM uDeploy to enhance productivity.

Significant experience in Trade Finance Intelligent Document Recognition (TF-IDR) and migrating global guarantee systems across APAC, Europe, and America.

Proven ability to coordinate with business teams, external vendors, and offshore developers to align technical solutions with long-term business strategies
