Principal Consultant

Must have experience in leading end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade, cloud-native and hybrid applications leveraging Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and event-driven architectures across multi-domain environments across Banking domain.

Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives by orchestrating distributed system integrations (REST, MQTT, OPC UA, Kafka) and implementing scalable solutions on AWS and Google Cloud (GCP), ensuring high availability, security, and performance optimization.

Provide technical governance and oversight by conducting in-depth code reviews, enforcing quality standards using tools such as SonarQube and Veracode, and mentoring cross-functional vendor and offshore teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.

Spearhead cloud migration and modernization programs, transforming legacy monolithic platforms into containerized, microservices-based architectures with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven) and observability stacks (ELK, Grafana).

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, including customer onboarding platforms, fintech supply chain modules, and intelligent automation systems.

Champion innovation through POC development, emerging technology evaluation, and implementation of advanced analytics and IoT-driven integrations (e.g., smart building systems, real-time data processing), delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user experience.
