Principal Consultant

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 - 7 years of experience in Change Management, Release Management, or IT Service Management roles.

Prior experience or strong exposure to Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and impact assessment.

Good understanding of ITIL-based Change and Release Management processes.

Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
