Prior experience or strong exposure to Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and impact assessment.

Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
