Principal Consultant

. Hands on experience in end-to-end business analysis and solution design for wealth, treasury, FX, and equity derivatives platforms across global banks.

. Perform deep gap analysis between client requirements and product capabilities, translating outcomes into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.

. Own UAT governance including strategy, scenario design, defect triage, regression validation, and business sign-off in Agile/Waterfall programs.

. Act as functional SME for front-, middle-, and back-office workflows covering complex structured products (ELN, FCN, DCI, TARF, AQ/DQ, Phoenix).

. Embed regulatory, risk, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls into functional processes, audit artifacts, and security governance frameworks.

. Partner with product, engineering, cloud (Azure), and client stakeholders across APAC/EMEA to support implementations, production stability, and pre-sales engagements.

. Must be an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certified Lead Implementer Professional (CLIP)
