Job Description
- Lead the architecture, design and delivery of enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH), ETL and BI solutions, covering data integration from multiple source systems/OPUs, scalable data modelling, schema design and end-to-end solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Power Center / Informatica Cloud and Data Exchange, including ETL development, administration, performance tuning, migration/upgrades, environment configuration and production deployment.
- Drive requirements gathering, business/process analysis and technical solution design, translating BRS/FRS into technical specifications, mapping documents, data models and implementation roadmaps while working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and global IT teams.
- Manage complex DWH/BI projects across Banking, Finance, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare domains, with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, Unix, Python, Cognos, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, QlikView, Salesforce and related data/BI technologies.
- Oversee full project lifecycle and production operations, including estimation, planning, resource allocation, quality assurance, SIT/UAT, code migration, incident/change management, SLA adherence, release management and post-production support using tools such as JIRA, Remedy, Control-M and Aldon.
- Provide technical leadership and stakeholder management, mentoring teams, handling escalations, defining best practices and architecture standards, and delivering advanced analytics/data solutions including predictive analytics and Time Series/ARIMA-based forecasting TOGAF 9 and Agile certified.
