Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, development, and delivery of enterprise banking and treasury applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive large-scale application modernization, product enhancement, and technology transformation programs across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), with a focus on liquidity management, cash management, and transaction banking solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams comprising application developers, business analysts, vendors, and technology partners, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects and product roadmaps.
  • Oversee application governance, architecture reviews, risk management, and operational controls to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and global teams to define technology strategies, prioritize initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Champion Agile delivery practices, change management, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving application lifecycle management, production stability, and long-term technology growth across the organization.
