We are seeking a highly experienced Principal BusinessConsultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providingexpert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenosproducts throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity toleverage your deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliverbest-in-class solutions for our clients.
We require strong experience in core banking and/or privatewealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. In-depthT24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the followingT24 modules is a must: Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Payments(TPH) and Treasury Module ( FX)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, analyzing client business needs and translating them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
- Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for local development, ensuring the development team understands the project requirements.
- Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g.workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
- Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data for the installation of the core banking system
- Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing(UAT)
- Review client organization, processes, and workflows to propose a post-picture to maximize the benefit from T24, as well as make recommendations on best banking practices or alert on practices that might damage the client's business or contradict legal requirements
- Conduct workshops and demonstrate the product capabilities to meet specific project needs
- Managethe communications with all stakeholders and be a single point for the end-to-end solutions.
- End-User Training and Mentoring
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
- Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation/Temenos Wealth Suiteprojects with a specialization in Private Banking is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Securities, Corporate Actions).
- Experience n Core Banking Migration lead, Trading and Order Management Systems,SWIFT is a plus.
- End-to-end Implementation and delivery experience of T24 Core Banking systems.
- Leading core banking migration projects and driving migration teams is an added Advantage.
- In-depth understanding and ability to leverage the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Temenos T24 client implementation experience for at least 12 years in T24 Core Banking transformation/Temenos Wealth Suite projects with a specialization in Private Banking. Implementation experience in securities module will be a big advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Payments (TPH) and Treasury Module (FX).
