We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions across Edge, On-Prem, and Cloud environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and thought leader passionate about driving AI-enabled business transformation and innovation.

Technical & Solution Architecture

• Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures integrating cutting-edge technologies.
• Lead architectural discussions and provide expert guidance on AI adoption across diverse environments (Edge, Cloud, Data Centre).
• Ensure alignment with modern best practices, covering GPU/NPU, cognitive infrastructure, and AI agent frameworks.
• Collaborate on projects involving open-source and partner technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Innovation & Delivery

• Architect AI solutions from ideation to MVP, driving measurable business outcomes.
• Evaluate and optimize AI and cloud architectures for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Modernize legacy systems through AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Champion GenAI adoption and innovative use cases across multiple domains.

Thought Leadership & Engagement

• Advise business and technology leaders on Generative AI strategy and implementation.
• Conduct workshops and technical briefings to promote AI awareness and adoption.
• Publish thought leadership content (whitepapers, blogs) and represent the organization at industry events.
• Mentor teams and foster an innovation-driven culture.

Experience:

• 10+ years in architecture design and 7+ years in software engineering.
• Proven experience designing AI and cloud-based solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Python, Java, or Go.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALLE).
• Knowledge of LLMOps, model governance, data engineering, and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI pipeline development.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Certifications (Preferred):

• AI or Cloud certifications from Google, Microsoft, or AWS.
