Job Summary:

Leads a portfolio of projects with full responsibility for design, technical delivery, and financial outcomes. Drives business development and builds lasting client relationships. Plays a key role in team development and advancing the firm's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of key projects across the office.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, resourcing, invoicing, and collections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support firm growth.
  • Drive team performance through mentoring, coaching and developing skills and knowledge.
  • Drive continuous improvements to office-wide design and technical standards.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that support business strategy and long-term goals.
