Job Description

Working closely with the Control Centre and Crane Operators, the Container Handling Specialist operates specialised vehicles (prime movers) to transport containers efficiently within and between container terminals.

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training programme and obtain an ITE Skills Certificate in Prime Mover Operations upon successful completion. Opportunities for skills upgrading and career progression are available as you advance in your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate prime movers to transport containers safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with Control Centre and Crane Operators to support terminal operations
• Adhere to safety procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements

• Preferably possess a Class 3 driving licence (training will be provided for candidates without a Class 3 licence)
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
