Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Prime Documentation & Negotiation consultant to join the Vario hub in Singapore and Hong Kong.

As a Prime Documentation & Negotiation consultant, you will need to possess:

  • Proven experience negotiating and documenting Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLAs)/ master agreements.
  • Strong understanding of title transfer arrangements and securities financing documentation.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, investment banks, broker-dealers or asset management firms.
  • Ideally immediately available.

To join our hub, you need to demonstrate the following:

  • Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
  • Experience gained within a leading law firm, financial institution, or equivalent in-house environment.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills with keen attention to detail
  • Flexible, communicative and adaptable approach to working with different stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple negotiations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic about working on high-quality legal and documentation projects.
