Responsibilities:
- Create an engaging learning environment by planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse needs, including EAL students, and setting up attractive classroom displays that encourage ongoing reflection and growth.
- Support student development and well-being by tracking progress and behaviour, providing feedback and goals, maintaining high safety standards with positive reinforcement, and offering pastoral care.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and the school community through open communication, attending meetings and events (including some weekends/evenings), and contributing to extracurricular activities and grade-level performances.
- Enhance learning beyond the classroom by organising outdoor trips and external opportunities, while continuously improving teaching practice through professional development and committee participation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two years of teaching experience ideally within an international school environment preferred with Cambridge International Curriculum/inquiry-based andEnglish as an Additional Language (EAL), incorporating strategies to support language acquisition and proficiency.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, along with a Professional Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGDE, PGCE, PGCEi, NIE Diploma), or a valid Teacher License/QTS.
- Candidates should also outline any areas of subject specialisation and their willingness to take responsibility for teaching subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, or Creative Arts across year levels.
