Join Wondrous Mind as a dedicated educator delivering Primary 3 to 6 Math lessons, driving student progress through curriculum-aligned teaching and active parent engagement to unlock each child's fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Primary 3 to 6 Math lessons aligned with the centre's curriculum, managing up to 11 classes weekly to foster student understanding and achievement
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly to tailor instructional strategies that address individual learning needs and promote academic growth
- Communicate proactively with parents to provide constructive feedback and collaborate on solutions that enhance student learning outcomes
- Review and refine lesson plans and programmes continuously to improve instructional quality and ensure alignment with educational goals
- Perform additional duties that support the centre's mission and contribute to operational effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrate passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student development
- Exhibit openness to new ideas and adaptability in teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
- Show patience and genuine care for children's learning and well-being to create a supportive classroom environment
- Maintain a proactive and responsible attitude toward work and student success
- Eagerness to learn and teach no prior teaching experience required
Working Hours:
- Current schedule involves full-time hours structured over 3 weekdays and both weekends (ending by 5 pm) or 5 weekdays and 1 weekend
- Future goal to transition to a 4 weekdays and 1 weekend schedule to enhance work-life balance
