1. Support General Price Increase (GPI) exercise
. Assist in preparation of Global GPI lists for Global Customers with timely reminders sent to Customer Managers, as well as compiling monthly incentive plans for review.
. Assist in the follow-up with Tender Managers, Customer Managers and relevant stakeholders to clarify pricing terms.
. Provide support to tracking of GPI acknowledgement and GPI letter delivery.
2. Maintenance of rates
. Support rates set up.
. Support central implementation of annual general price increase in Billing System (Global Rating Engine - GRE) GRE for Global Customers.
. Support Cross-checking of rates update in GRE.
3. Maintenance of Global Agreements
. Maintain timely and accurate updates of Global Customer Agreement information in Pricing Contract Organization Environment (CORE) system.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
. Minimum Diploma/Degree (preferred) in any field with strong analytical background
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly the capability to analyse large volumes of data
