Our strengths include global reach, regional transformation, China delivery, and platform empowerment. We are seeking a results-driven President to lead our regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As President, you will lead Orion's business strategy and execution in region, leverage your leadership and sales capabilities to expand market share, manage customer relationships, and serve as the bridge between customers and the technical team to translate needs into execution plans.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to promote Orion's AI transformation products/platforms and drive revenue growth.
  • Engage existing and potential customers, dig out the potential needs and business opportunities, and provide customized AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain high-value customer resources, foster long-term cooperative relationships, and enhance Orion's brand influence.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the technical team, translating customer needs into clear technical requirements for execution.
  • Track industry trends and competitor dynamics, provide strategic insights for product iteration and market positioning.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI, tech or digital transformation, banking or consulting industry experience is a plus
  • Strong customer development and sales capabilities, with a proved track record of managing high-value customer accounts.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, able to effectively communicate with both customers and technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation skills; results-oriented, able to adapt to Singapore's business environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
