Role: Assistant Vice President – Sales (Technology Services)

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Vice President – Sales with extensive experience in recruitment and IT services business development within the Singapore market. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition, revenue growth, Lead generation and account management, with a strong focus on technology hiring and IT service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development across IT services (Microsoft, AWS and Quality Engineering) in the Singapore region

• Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue and billing targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Identify opportunities across project-based hiring, IT services engagements and any staffing needs

• Lead the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, solutioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure

• Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction

• Develop strategies to penetrate and grow accounts in AI, ML, QA, Cloud, and emerging tech domains

• Track market trends and provide insights to drive competitive positioning and growth

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT services sales/business development in Singapore

• Proven success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and account growth

• Experience in selling cloud technologies across Microsoft and AWS

• Strong understanding of IT services (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services)

• Domain knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, QA/Testing, and Cloud technologies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong network within the Singapore IT and recruitment ecosystem

• Experience handling enterprise and mid-market clients

• Leadership or team handling experience is a plus
