Presentation Specialist

We are currently partnering with a leading asset management firm in Singapore seeking to hire a Presentation & Publishing Specialist to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm&aposs distribution efforts by producing high-quality, customized materials that enhance client engagement and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the creation of materials, new business presentations, monthly reports, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update customized client-facing materials using data from internal systems and industry platforms
• Transform raw Excel data into polished, multilingual-ready charts and presentations
• Lead cross-functional projects and serve as a subject matter expert on publishing workflows
• Ensure compliance and brand consistency through meticulous proofreading and collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and output quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years&apos experience in presentation creation, publishing, or related fields within financial services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
