The Role: Creative Facilitator & Thinking Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be a Creative Facilitator, guiding young minds through our play-inspired curriculum. You will create an environment where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and develop the critical thinking skills they need for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Implementation: Plan and implement engaging, play-inspired lessons that align with the centre's policies and framework, fostering both minds-on and hands-on involvement.

• Holistic Observation: Document each child's learning journey. Prepare progress reports and meaningful developmental portfolios that showcase their growth, milestones, and unique personality.

• Environment Design: Create a stimulating, safe, and pleasant learning environment that acts as a third teacher, promoting self-directed learning and joyful exploration.

• Classroom Management: Oversee all aspects of classroom management and routine care duties, ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and well-being for every child.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely and collaboratively with fellow educators to create a supportive and socially-interactive team culture.

• Parent Partnership: Build strong, trusting partnerships with parents. Communicate regularly regarding their child's progress and well-being.

Who We Are Looking For

• Qualified: You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (teaching) and be certified by ECDA at L1 or L2 category.

• A Nurturing Communicator: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect warmly with children, colleagues, and parents.

• A Team Player: You are able to work well independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Citizenship: Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
