Job Responsibilities:

. Plan, supervise, and implement class programmes in accordance withthe centre's policies and curriculum framework.

. Prepare progress reports and developmental portfolios for each childevery semester.

. Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment thatencourages self-directed learning.

. Manage classroom activities and ensure children's safety, hygiene, anwell-being at all times.

. Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to deliver quality earlychildhood education.

. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents andcaregivers.

Requirements:

1) Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education

2) Certified by ECDA at L2 category

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Preferably have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in a preschool environment

5) A high tolerance level towards children is an advantage

6) Able to work well independently as well as within a team
