Key Responsibilities
1) Deliver Meaningful Mandarin Lessons
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, inquiry-based Chinese language lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum.
2) Support Language Development
- Foster children's love for Mandarin through storytelling, music, and rich language experiences.
3) Observe, Document & Report
- Track children's learning progress and development milestones using portfolios and progress updates.
4) Build Positive Relationships
- Partner with families and team members to support holistic child development.
5) Maintain a Safe, Inclusive Environment
- Create a classroom that is clean, secure, and welcoming to every child.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent
- ECDA Certified (L2)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant preschool teaching experience
- Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Passionate, caring, and creative in engaging young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
