Lead and manage the Centre's operations, develop innovative teaching methods, and foster a collaborative culture to enhance learning quality and stakeholder partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of initiatives to establish a collaborative culture within the Centre
- Establish and execute strategies to promote mentoring, coaching, and capability development among staff
- Manage full daily operations of the Centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Advocate and enforce appropriate health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards and procedures
- Lead strategic design and management of partnerships and collaborations with families and community stakeholders
- Model professionalism in all interactions with families and community stakeholders to build trust and rapport
- Coach and mentor staff to strengthen professional relationships with parents, maintain harmonious colleague relations, and deliver quality teaching performance for children's growth
- Conduct interviews and enforce stringent staff selection processes to ensure high-quality hires
- Represent the Centre to build and maintain business relationships with diverse stakeholders
