We are a growing leather restoration company seeking a hands-on General Manager (Operations) to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflow
- Lead and supervise a team of 30 staff
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time job completion
- Implement and enforce SOPs and operational systems
- Handle staff performance, discipline, and scheduling
- Resolve operational issues quickly
Requirements
- 5-10 years in operations / general management
- Experience managing 15-50 staff
- Background in service, retail, workshop, automotive, F&B or similar
- Hands-on, disciplined, and results-driven
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Plus point: Experience in sales, especially corporate (B2B) sales
