Preschool Chinese Teacher (ACEY Certified)

Are you passionate about nurturing young children and inspiring them to learn Chinese We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Chinese Teacher with ACEY certification to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate Chinese language activities for preschool children.

• Support children's Chinese language development through storytelling, songs, rhymes, games, art, and hands-on activities.

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children's curiosity and participation.

• Observe and document children's learning progress and provide support according to their individual needs.

• Guide children's behaviour positively and promote their social, emotional, and language development.

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to implement the curriculum and participate in school activities and events.

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's learning and development.

• Maintain proper classroom organisation and adhere to the centre's policies, health, safety, and hygiene requirements.

Requirements

Must possess a valid ACEY certification recognised by ECDA.

Good command of spoken and written Mandarin.

Able to communicate effectively in English with colleagues, parents, and management.

Passionate about working with young children and supporting their holistic development.

Patient, caring, responsible, and enthusiastic.
