We are looking for a caring Assistant Teacher to join our preschool team. You will support the daily care and learning of young children, while also assisting with after-school care for Primary school students.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and send off children during arrival and dismissal.
- Help with daily care routines (meals, diapering/toileting, naptime, washing).
- Assist in preparing and setting up learning activities and classroom materials.
- Keep toys and resources clean and safe.
- Support teachers in preparing for activity plans.
- Pick up Primary school students after school and provide basic supervision and care.
- Take on other tasks assigned by Teachers or Principal.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Experience in childcare, preschool, or student care is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Cooking skills are an added advantage.
- A genuine passion for working with children of different ages.
