Assistant Preschool Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young minds in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Were Looking for Someone Who Can:
- Assist with Lesson Planning and Activities
Working alongside the lead teacher to develop lesson plans aligned with the school&aposs curriculum and the organizations educational framework.
- Supervise and Provide Individual Learning Needs
Track and document childrens developmental progress. Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and milestones.
Communicate effectively with parents to support each child&aposs learning and well-being through regular updates and collaboration.
- Create Inspiring Learning Environments
Maintain a vibrant and organized classroom space that supports exploration, creativity, and learning.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting
- Registered with ECDA and certified with Fundamental teaching certification (FECCE)
- Holds one of the following (or equivalent as recognized by ECDA):
- O Level Certificate
- Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T)
Knowledge & Professional Competencies
- Up to date with early childhood development theories and best practices
- Familiar with relevant regulatory and quality frameworks (e.g., Child Care Act, SPARK)
- Proficient in planning, observation, and developmental documentation
