Responsibilities:

• Provide product consultancy and solutions (unified communication, contact center and cloud solutions in the enterprise, using modern digital technologies) to Client Managers.
• Provide advice and assistance on the compliance and system configuration for tender.
• Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics, execute demos, proof of concepts.
• Reconcile and resolve differences between various stakeholders during project execution.
• Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies/patterns/methodologies and market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years architecting, developing, and solutioning using cloud platform and its ecosystem.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of the Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Cloud technologies including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, etc.
• Knowledge of Avaya, Mitel, Genesys, Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in cloud solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architecting cloud solutions, performing as-is and to-be cloud solutions, crafting architectural options and analysis, finalising preferred solution working with IT and business stakeholders.
• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other IT certification is a plus.
