Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC)

The Opportunity:

• Work location: Central
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, conferences and customer events.
• Partner with Sales on technical discovery, qualification, business cases, RFPs/RFQs and solution architecture.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure PKI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide expert technical guidance on Enterprise PKI and support customers with complex integration challenges.
• Support customer API integrations, testing, pilots, POCs and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development and Professional Services on product requirements, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Develop solution guides, technical documentation, training materials and internal enablement resources.
• Manage multiple technical projects independently while staying current on PKI, cybersecurity, competitor solutions and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA, ISC2, GIAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of PKI, information security, compliance (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS) and cloud/container technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Customer-focused with strong interest and experience in IT and technology.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, servers, desktops, VMs and command-line tools.
• Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, network configuration, firewalls and routers
