Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in technical qualification sessions and map technology capabilities to operational and risk objectives.
- Shape solution blueprints and support commercial teams in competitive positioning.
- Conduct system walkthroughs, controlled evaluations and pilot deployments.
- Produce structured design documentation for bid submissions and governance review.
- Validate integration scenarios across endpoint, network and virtualised environments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computing, Engineering or Cyber-related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT or security solutioning in a customer-facing capacity.
- Foundational understanding of network architecture, virtualisation, Windows/UNIX systems and security controls.
- Able to articulate technical concepts clearly in presentations and written proposals.
- Professional maturity, commercial awareness and stakeholder confidence.
