Presales Consultant (Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity)

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops, solution discovery sessions, and technical consultations.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and integrated technology solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, Bills of Materials, and tender submissions.
• Present solution designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology partners and internal engineering teams to validate technical designs.
• Support project transition activities, governance reviews, implementation planning, and technical handovers.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Consulting, or related technical consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience designing solutions involving servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, and disaster recovery platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM, PAM, endpoint security, and encryption solutions.
• Exposure to integrated security technologies such as VMS, ACS, CCTV, PSIM, AI analytics, or command centre solutions will be advantageous.
• Strong technical presentation, stakeholder management, proposal writing, and customer engagement skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent will be highly regarded.
