Our client is hiring multiple headcounts for Presales Consultant (Cybersecurity). This is a great opportunity for early-career cybersecurity professionals who enjoy technology, solution design, and customer engagement, and are looking to grow into a presales career. You will be trained and supported while working with leading cybersecurity vendors and enterprise customers.
What You'll Do:
- Support the sales team with technical solutioning and customer engagement
- Understand customer IT and security environments and propose suitable solutions
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
- Assist in RFI/RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation
- Work with vendors to validate solutions and stay updated on new technologies
- Conduct basic lab testing and solution validation
- Participate in partner and internal product enablement and training
- Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners
What You'll Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in presales, cybersecurity engineering, SOC, or implementation roles
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals such as: Network, Endpoint, Email, Cloud, DLP, NDR, Windows / UNIX / VMware environments
- Comfortable presenting technical concepts and engaging customers
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Singaporean only
