Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Analyst role located in Singapore. The Presales Analyst will be responsible for conducting analyses of customer requirements, identifying sales prospects, supporting the sales team during client engagements, and delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations of AI solutions. The role involves proactive client prospecting, cultivating customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to address client-specific needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent in creation and customization of sales materials
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Client Prospecting and identifying business opportunities
• Customer Service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting client needs
• Familiarity with Sales strategies and the ability to provide presales support
• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and delivering tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Knowledge of AI technologies and experience in enterprise solutions is a plus
