- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Offshore Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management and sales strategies.
- Drive sales performance through targeted initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and delivery of personalized financial solutions.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines across all client engagements.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in the North Asia segment.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
- Possesses strong knowledge of bancassurance, investment products and wealth management solutions.
