PRECISION MACHINE SETTER

1.) To perform CNC machining work-programming cum setting.

2.) Trouble shooting of the program and setting.

3.) Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines and understand the automation adoption to run these machines.

4.) Use different equipment i.e CNC CMM machine to perform Quality checks.

5.) Handle different documentation such as Technical Drawing, Manufacturing Order,

Quality Inspection Report and ERP system.
