SGD $3,500 - $6,000+ per month (Basic + Attractive Commission + Performance Bonus)

Location:

Multiple outlets across Singapore (Central, East, West, North & Heartlands)

Placement arranged based on your residential location for better work-life balance

Key Responsibilities
. Accurately appraise and value gold, silver, platinum, and jewellery items for buyback transactions

. Perform metal testing (acid test, XRF analyser, etc.), weighing, hallmark verification,and purity assessment

. Assess authenticity, condition, and current market value of items

. Conduct Customer Due Diligence (KYC) - verify customer identity (NRIC/Passport),screen for sanctions, and ensure full compliance with the

Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Act 2019 and AML requirements.

. Explain valuation clearly and professionally to customers, building trust and confidence

. Handle transactions smoothly using the store management system with high accuracy and traceability

. Deliver excellent customer service and encourage referrals through positive experiences

. Strictly adhere to store SOPs, including source tagging, documentation, and handover procedures

. Maintain store cleanliness, professional image, and assist with product display and marketing campaigns Requirements

Language Skills (Important for our diverse customer base)

. Fluent in Tamil (both spoken and written) - Required

. Conversational English - Required

. Basic Mandarin - Required

. Malay - Advantage Experience & Skills

. Prior experience in gold/jewellery retail, luxury goods, pawnshops, or second-hand precious metal recycling is preferred

. Basic knowledge of gold purity (e.g., 916, 999, 18K, 22K, 24K) is a strong advantage

. Hands-on experience with appraisal tools (digital scale, loupe, diamond tester, XRF analyser) is highly valued

. GIA, NGI, SGA, or any gemological certification is a big plus

. Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures is advantageous

. Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and language skills

Personal Attributes

. Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

. Positive service attitude and ability to handle transactions professionally

. Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred.
