PRECAST SITE COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily precast post installation works at construction sites.

• Monitor site progress, manpower and material delivery for rectification of works.

• Liaise with factory, logistics team, subcontractors and project management to ensure smooth site operations.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.

• 2-5 years of relevant site coordination or construction experience preferred.

• Experience in precast concrete, IBS or PPVC installation is an advantage.

• Able to read and interpret construction and structural drawings.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.
