Precast Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible to delegate new enquiries for processing by drafters and verify the output.
2. Responsible to assign awarded projects to drafters to generate shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.
3. Responsible for attending to customers complain on technical or quality issues and follow up until resolve.
4. Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management.
5. Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management.
6. Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse.
7. Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organizational knowledge.
8. Attend internal coordination meetings to discuss technical matters, project progress, and engineering requirements.
9. Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal.
10. Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower.
11. Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard.
12. Ensure Technical Team abide with Company Directive and OPPs.

Job Requirement:

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast detailing coordination works for building projects as contractor or precast manufacturer.
• Experience in PBU and PPVC projects would be preferred.
