Minimum 8 TO 10 years of experience in the field of precast and construction.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Relevant experience in precast LTA project is preferred
Job Description:
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards Oversee production processes in precast factories.
Conduct quality control checks and inspections.
Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation.
Co-ordinate with main contractor and consultant.
Provide technical support during installation and site execution Troubleshoot issues related to fabrication or erection
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles
Familiarity with precast systems and construction methods
Handling with various documentation works for the execution of project.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and ISO.
Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
Attending coordination meetings and weekly main contractor meetings.
